Fire Salt began with a problem most supplement brands have never actually lived.

Firefighters work in conditions that break the body down fast. Extreme heat, full gear, hours of physical output with no real break. They tried what everyone tries, sports drinks loaded with sugar, basic electrolyte tabs, cases of water, and still came off shift feeling wrecked. Cramping. Foggy. Drained in a way that sleep alone couldn't fix.

The problem wasn't effort. It was the formula. Most hydration products are built for marketing, not for people who actually sweat for a living. Low electrolytes, high sugar, dyes that do nothing, and a sodium count so small it barely registers. You can drink all day and still come up empty.

So we built something better.

Fire Salt was formulated by firefighters who needed it to work, not look good on a shelf. The electrolyte ratios are real. The ingredients are clean. No sugar, no artificial dyes, no fillers.
